Manage Email Accounts
Like most other email programs, you may
use a number of different email accounts in EmailUnlimited for
sending and receiving emails.
To manage, email accounts, click on
Tools/Manage Email Accounts...., the the Email Account Manager will
be shown:

Manage Email Accounts
There are five different types of email
accounts:
1. RapidDelivery accounts, which
can be used for delivering emails through the 4OfficeAutomation
RapidDelivery infrastructure. RapidDelivery accounts allow you to
deliver large amounts of email in a very short kind, so if you need
to send a mailing to a large number of contacts, this is the
recommended option.
2. POP accounts. You can use
POP accounts receiving emails and have them
processed by EmailUnlimited.
3. MAPI - Uses your default email
client for receiving email, such as subscribe or removal requests or
delivery failure receipts.
MAPI is an interface that allows programs to interact with email
clients, and almost all email programs support it. If you have installed more than one email client
on your computer, one of them is automatically configured to be your
default email client. Usually, this is the email client that you use
most often. EmailUnlimited always uses the inbox of your default email
program when it checks for new messages. In some cases, however,
you might want to change your default email client. You can do that by going to 'Control Panel/Internet Settings' and
choosing the appropriate program on the tab
'Programs'.
4. Outlook - Use Outlook to receive emails. You can receive emails from any folder in your
Outlook Profile.
about using Outlook through EmailUnlimited.
5. Eudora - Use Eudora to
receive emails. You can receive emails from any folder in your
Eudora Profile.
You may configure several RapidDelivery
and POP accounts, but only one MAPI, Outlook and Eudora account
(which makes sense, because you may only have one Outlook or Eudora
application installed on your computer).
